Welcome to Studytutee, an online learning platform run by studytutee Education India Pvt Ltd (also known as studytutee) that supports the pursuit of academic success. You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions by using studytutee. Nothing in these Terms of Service (ToS) shall be interpreted to grant any rights to a beneficiary who is not a party to this agreement.
Changes To Studytutee And Terms And Conditions
Without giving notice to the user, any other members, or any third party, studytutee has the right to change or discontinue the service for any reason. Additionally, studytutee retains the right to periodically and without prior notice amend the ToS. The user commits to reviewing the ToS on a frequent basis to be informed of any changes.
Eligibility, Registration And Access
The site has the discretion to decide whether to allow users access to Studytutee’s services, and that decision is final and enforceable against the potential user. The user agrees that if the terms and conditions of this agreement are broken, violated, or if any copyright, trademark, or other valuable proprietary rights are violated as specified in this agreement, studytutee may take any and all steps necessary to prevent access to its services or to terminate services. The user must have access to the World Wide Web, either directly or via devices that access web-based material, and pay the corresponding service fees in order to use the service.Additionally, the user must possess all necessary hardware, such as a computer, modem, or other access devices that are not included with the service, in order to establish the connection to the World Wide Web.
Terms Of Service
- The application’s and its products’ contents are based on the ideas contained in the structured curriculum syllabus that is required reading for students enrolled in various courses. The use of the Application/products is not recommended as a replacement for the curriculum-based instruction offered by educational institutions, but rather as an addition to it by clearly defining and presenting the concepts. The subject’s fundamental definitions and formulas would not change.
- Only a limited number of devices, tablets, and other pieces of hardware are compatible with the Company’s products and/or services, including the Application and content. The Company is not required to offer functional goods and/or services for any instruments that it does not recognise or for any instruments that a customer may purchase from a third party that are incompatible with the Company’s goods and services. The firm maintains the right to periodically upgrade the tablet and other compatible devices as needed.
- The user expressly agrees to comply with these terms and conditions by using the website studytutee or any of its features, services, or user-to-user interfaces. The usage of the website also implies and constitutes the user’s assent to this agreement.

Users’ communications or business dealings with, or participation in promotions from, advertisers found on or through the studytutee service are solely between the user and that advertiser. This includes paying for and receiving related goods or services as well as any other terms, conditions, warranties, or representations related to such dealings.The user acknowledges and agrees that Studytutee shall have no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage of any kind arising from any such dealings or from the placement of such advertising on the Studytutee service.
User Privacy Policy
The user agrees that by using the Company’s products, programmes, or other services, the user expressly permits the company to enhance pedagogy, learning outcomes, predictive learning, and to store, use, analyse, distribute, or otherwise deal with information and data obtained from the customer’s use of the Company’s products, programmes, or other services in any way the company deems appropriate.
